I have been very happy with our GreenFiber program. The biggest impact to our campus doesn't have anything to do with GreenFiber; it has to do with the change in culture on campus. I feel like we're beginning to create an environment where the first impulse of people is not to throw things away. The decrease in waste from our copy room alone is incredible – the trash cans hardly have anything in them anymore. We have so much recycling that this year I had to have GreenFiber bring out an additional bin, so that we now have two bins (actually three because we have one dedicated to the cafeteria).

We began the paper recycling program last spring with two bins. We have had such a tremendous response from our parish and community that we have increased to four bins. Everyone associated with this program has been very helpful and it helps our students to learn about helping our environment.

I would like to say that the difference in the hallways on the last two days of school was amazing; last year the hallways were covered in paper and garbage. This year we put out the bins and got the word out, and the hallways were clear and clean. Looking forward to working with you guys again next year!
